| Returns and Exchanges
Fusion IONZ™ only offers a 30 Day Return Policy and 7 Day Exchange Policy on products purchased from the web site directly. Returns or exchanges resulting from a purchase from a Fusion Authorized retailer must be brought back to them directly.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:
- Login to your Account Click Here
- Inside your account you will see a list of your orders.
- Click on the order you would like to return or exchange
- Click "Add RMA"
- Complete the RMA Form
Once these steps are complete a Fusion IONZ™ representative will respond and assist you in any further steps to complete your request.
** Return RMA's MUST be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
** Exchange RMS's Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges must be returned and received in AS NEW condition with all packaging.
Warranty Claims
All Fusion IONZ™ products are backed by a 90 Day Warranty against any defects or breakage outside of normal wear and tear.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
- Login or Create a New Customer Account with Fusion
- Once Logged in - Click "Add Request"
- Select the "Warranty" Department and submit your request
Once you have submitted the form a Fusion IONZ™ representative will follow up with any additional information needed.
